Industry background
Working environment: The temperature of the boiler tube wall of the coal-fired unit reaches 500-650℃ and the pressure exceeds 22MPa. The main pump bearings of the nuclear power plant are subjected to 10^6Pa high pressure and boric acid corrosion. The chemical reaction device is exposed to H2S/Cl⁻/acidic medium (pH≤3) and is continuously eroded by particle-containing fluids with a flow rate of 8-20m/s.
Parts and components: Steam turbine rotors subjected to centrifugal stress, boiler water-cooled wall tubes exposed to high-temperature flue gas, chemical pump impellers conveying corrosive media, flange sealing surfaces of the nuclear island main circuit, and valve core components.
Failure form: The embrittlement of the base material caused by high-temperature oxidation, the thinning of the wall caused by the synergistic effect of pitting and erosion, and the expansion of fatigue cracks caused by alternating stress seriously affect the thermal efficiency of the generator set and the continuous operation cycle of the chemical plant.
Solution
Shaft laser cladding
Applicable to the repair and remanufacturing of special high-temperature resistant, corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant alloy cladding layers on shaft parts such as rotor shaft diameter and bearing block surface; with low dilution rate, small deformation, smooth surface, saving cladding materials and high cladding efficiency.
Curved surface laser cladding
Applicable to the strengthening and repair of wear-resistant parts such as turbine blades and water-cooled walls, and can prepare wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, high-temperature resistant and scouring-resistant coatings; with adjustable cladding trajectory, applicable to the characteristics of variable surface morphology of parts, low dilution rate and high bonding force.
Laser cleaning
Applicable to cleaning of oil stains, rust, and oxide layers formed on the surfaces of turbine blades, water-cooled walls, valves, pipes, etc. due to long-term use; it has the characteristics of high efficiency, no pollution, no need for chemical solvents, no damage to the substrate, energy saving and environmental protection.
